Play with 4-7-8 (you breathe out slowly, count, the pause, count and breathe in). It can relax the nervous system even taking few minutes or few seconds, make concentration and prevent being overwhelmed.


3. Midday Movement Huddles

It only takes five minutes to gather your team and stretch or do some simple yoga positions. It is low key, connective and renews group energy.


4. End-of-Day Wind Down

A few minutes lying with legs against the wall, or a short, guided meditation, will also help turn off stressful thoughts at the end of a workday and sleep better. It is a strong indicator of the fact that your day is over, and you place value on recovery.
